Ladies & Men's Stand Up Paddle Group Fitness at Kingscliff, On the Tweed Coast
Since opening at our new location on the roundabout in Kingscliff, we have been inundated with requests for a ladies stand up paddle group paddle. Join us for a paddle on the beautiful Kingscliff creek every morning (except Monday) for an hour for just $15. Stand up paddling is an all-over body workout which concentrates mainly on the muscle area around the core and chest. A great way to meet new friends and get fit.

* Ladies Group Stand Up Paddle is from 10.00 to 11.00 Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday mornings
* Ladies and Men's Group Paddles are also available Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sunday mornings

When you take a lesson with us you will learn about the proper technique of standing up and getting into waves as well how to use your equipment. Whatever your age or experience level, will teach you to surf with some of the best instructors in the business.

* Kingscliff beach next to the Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) for a lesson in the surf (or at) Kingscliff creek on the north side of the small bridge
* First timers and novices welcome
* Small groups (or) one person only, so you get more attention
* $ 40 p.p for a 1 1/2hr session
* Get fit and have fun!

We love teaching people to surf, that’s our passion, but as well we feel that it is our duty to educate people about the ocean, environment and water safety. When you take a lesson with us you will learn about the proper technique of standing up and getting into waves as well how to use your equipment.
